We believe in transparency and honesty in everything we do, which is why our venue pricing is straightforward.

Here, there are no hidden fees, no additional taxes, just a price for use of our beautiful venue for the day, so it’s just you and your loved ones on the mountain.

Wedding venue rentals are for the venue only, and then you select your vendors based on your vision. If you want to check most of your planning off the list you can work with our all-inclusive team of core vendors, and add only what you want after that.

Venue access will start at 8 a.m. so you can get ready on site and spend the entire day on the mountains.

  • DIY weddings at North Star Gatherings, once factoring in decor and personal clothing, photography, etc., will cost between $45,000-$65,000.

    Our all-inclusive pricing, once photography/videography, hair and makeup, outfits, and decor are added, will usually range from $28,000-$45,000 all-in.

    Large guest counts, personal or expensive tastes, menus, and accessories vary for every couple, which is why we have such a wide range for what average weddings cost.

    If you ever have budget questions or want to talk numbers, we are an open book. There needs to be more transparency in the wedding industry around pricing, so please reach out!
