  1. Venue-only booking: you book just the venue, choose catering/bar from our list, planner from our list (or otherwise approved), and all other vendors are free choice (we do have recommendations for any vendor you may need)

  2. All-inclusive package: We’ve done the heavy lifting for you, guaranteeing an amazing day and simple planning! Package includes catering, bar service, planner, shuttles, and DJ. You can add your personal style with decor/rentals/clothing/etc.

Venue access can start as early as 8 a.m. so you can get ready on site and spend the entire day on the mountains.

  • For 100–150 guests, most all-inclusive couples spend about $38,000–$51,000 all-in, once photography, decor, hair and makeup, outfits and alcohol are added. Our partners’ bundled rates are lower than booking them on your own, and you skip the vendor search. Couples who book venue-only and choose their own vendors usually spend about $45,000–$65,000. It can be done for less, but it takes more time to research and book each vendor yourself.

    Large guest counts, personal or expensive tastes, menus, and accessories vary for every couple, which is why we have such a wide range for what average weddings cost.
